Taifei Liu (瀏 太飛 Liu Tai Fei) is the head of the external intelligence division of the Chinese Mafia and a Spring-Heeled Joplin.
Appearance[]
Taifei is rotund and entirely bald on the top of his head, with black hair remaining at the back of it. He normally dresses in the Chinese Mafia's white and red attire.
Personality[]
To be expanded. Taifei is a gluttonous man, constantly taking pleasure in food of all sorts. He is in equal parts shrewd and intelligent in turn, and able to hack into Sōsei Airwaves in 2020.
